They didn't even qualify this statement with the word expect. I suspect something happened to delay their announcment. I agree with Tommy that they should at least offer an explanation as to the delay. I will email Putnam either today or tomorrow and see if I can get a responce. I know it was there intent to email the annual report electronically to save postage and it could be as simple as some kind of glitch. As we all know they are glitch worthy!
