No problem....I just hope you are wrong LOL! It does beg the question of why we lined up that financing but I am in no hurry to see further dilution either.
These markets do seem ripe for the picking though and it would be nice to have first mover advantage for a change....all for not overextending ourselves either.
How's that for some serious fence-riding....I'm sure these decisions are/have been wrestled with for some time in Poway. These are no doubt good problems to have....opportunity in abundance versus lack thereof.
