You are right. The first "SEALED SUMMONS" was issued on 9/19/07. And the other two on 9/24/07 and 10/09/07...

It is the date these "Sommons", complaint and attendant Portfolios were "Served" on defendants that controls when the "ANSWER" is due, and not the date they were "issued".

I had a copy of the complaint against VIVITAR but seem to have misplaced. If you post the "CAPTION" page of the complaint we can see if these three "Sealed Summons" though labeled as being against VIVITAR, could possibly be against other named defendants in the law suit...
