What's the Holdup?mguru

There is absolutely no way a situation that you describe could take place....First of all it would have to be done with EDig's cooperation and I know FF, RP, WB, or any of the boys on the board would NOT settle on $.20 or $.30 or even $1.00 or more a share for a friendly buyout. Too much water under the bridge and too good a future for that low of a price.

If the transaction was an unfriendly buyout in the amount you suggest it could not take place at anywhere near the prices you mentioned. If an Apple went into the market to purchase shares a strong buying signal would result, it wouldn't be a secret, other investors would jump in. If Apple approached 5% stock ownership it would have to register with the SEC, more investors would now jump in. To think that $35,000,000.00 would buy 190,000,000 shares is having a dream I would like to have.

By the time it all played out Apple would be paying a minimum of (perhaps) $15.00 a share, which would NOT get them controlling interest.

I along with many others on this board, have multiple hundreds of thousands of shares of EDig. I would not think of selling ONE SHARE until a $10.00 PPS reared it beautiful head nor do I think there is one other person on this board that would divest themselves of EDig at $.20 or $1.00 or even $5.00 if the company is showing strength and the PPS is moving strongly upwards.....Frank
