I can not post this on AGORA as I have been "Banned" from posting onm both EDIG and PTSC sites for over a week. Can you post this on EDIG Board as it may direct Silersurfer where to look for an "ANSWER" to VIVITAR complaint.

I was reading the recent posts by Silver who keeps reporting there is no "Answer" filed by VIVITAR as yet.

Tell him he should try to check the records for "service" of the complaint and Summons on VIVITAR by DM first.It will show up in the Court file eventually, but may be he can check either the site of the Secretary of State for TEXAS where this complaint was filed, or the CT Corporation's site, as they are the "Agent for Service of process" in most States.

Again, remembering that the "Sealed Summons" was last issued on 10/09/07, it has to be "Served" on defendants, and they have 30 days from that it was "Served" before an "Answer" is due...
