I'm not sure I understand your post Arkie. Has Syntax Brillian been targeted by eDigital as the second infringer? Or is there another company named eDigital involved. Or names changed to make your point regarding how Vivitar will respond to the IP infringement against them by us. To date, I haven't seen anything about Syntax Brillian. There is no date on that Business wire so it's difficult to ascertain whats it's all about. Please clarify.
