look at the lack of shares offered  from .155 to .170.

While they depress the price to shake out those who may get 'margin calls', they certainly don't want to offer many of those shares for sale...

It's all about creating FUD in the price... although if someone wants to buy... they don't want to sell (any significant amount of shares) either.
