MGURU,I agree with most of what you said but regarding your first sentence  < EDIG, has less shares outstanding, chalk one up for EDIG. 1-0. PTSC > we may be getting somewhat  closer to the ptsc shares.

If you add another close to 18,000,000  shares from series D common stock by december ,31, 2007 the outstanding shares will be much higher than 250,000,000 shares.
