Bennett-Paris, Ph.D., and William Capp. Formerly partners with IP boutique Merchant & Gould, P.C., the group has extensive experience in patent law and intellectual property litigation matters.
The arrival of the group demonstrates the firm's continued national expansion of its intellectual property practice, which has grown by more than 50 percent in the last three years and currently consists of more than 100 intellectual property attorneys.
