I sent RP a quick note and he responded equally as quick.  EDIG knows about the restriction and is looking into it.  My guess it is frustrating to them as well.

I really don't like this issue.  It just smells bad.  I don't beleive EDIG has much it can do, but, IMO, this can become a larger issue as the company continues to grow.

Past that, many thanks for the thought provoking discussions without too much BS.  This is the time of the year that my world loves and hates at the same time -- every customer has an emergency and it's my fault they failed to plan for a booming business in our little category.

Off to get a good cursing from a long time customer....and they wonder why I drink single malts and good reds.  Anybody know a good therapist?
