If a buyout were considered i would hope Putnam and all the execs owuld negotiate a price pertainable to the updside which would be north of 20 dollars a share.
A big if but if edig has claims on 2 billion dollars that would mean 7 to 8 bucks a share in cash and would warrant a multiple above that I would think
