Case # 1:2002cv00553 filed in Delaware District Court has Flashpoint filing a complaint against Vivitar in June 2002. Interestingly, they also filed a Patent/Trademark Report with the Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks. Flashpoint demanded a jury trial but the case was settled in May 2003 (11 months from initial filing). Docket highlights pasted below.
