Another closed case (#02-cv-03903) has Alfred Levine filing a complaint against Vivitar in Dec 2002 in a Maryland District Court. Also interesting that correspondence was again mailed to the Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, a jury trial was demanded by Plaintiff and a settlement agreement was again reached one year after the initial filing.
