Yes, it is in the hands of DM and an approval on what they have been working on is what's needed before they file. So, I read that to mean as soon as the "Green light"is given, retroactively they'll file (like in the press). Then my take is we could very well be off the to races with the many, many, investors following this, knowing what the payoff could be?
