At least during preliminary discussions.  Should it appear they are gaining little advantage by being civil then it would seem it is to EDIG's advantage to get as much press as possible with numbers blazing against public companies. That would not only have a negative effect on the infringer's share price but also get e.Digital's name out there further exposing the "potential" at hand.
