I would think that if they decided to call a shareholders meeting, it would be to provide some positive news/data concerning DM. In this instance it should involve a settlement and/or some multiple filings.

I see no financial justification to call a meeting to tell us they have added an airline or two, even if it was a major company.

As you state, the white knight impact would vary considerable from my trend calculations, in that case I would welcome the rapid rise.
