If you are only HALF right, that would make my full bag of shares worth a lot more than I thought possible.
Maybe we will get some meat from EDIG on IP license progress, but I doubt it will come anytime real soon. DM needs a Markman win to get the attention of the other mean ole copy cats, IMO.
This new "Rain Maker" for DM could make a lot more than $2M a year. Our trademark guys are in Beverly Hills and they charge $550 / hour. The Houston guys we were referred to for our Rocket Docket case were $795 / hour for their top patent guys. Both firms are worth every cent we paid them because they keep / kept our butts out of the "loser" category!
One of my golf patners in Nashville is only $180 / hour and I keep telling him he is WAY too cheap. He is in TK's league with a 4 handicap -- so he doesn't work enough!
Let's hope DM's patent guys are working our case on a regular basis. The previous company communication implied we would hear more from DM relatively soon. My guess is just prior to the ASM after the aircraft interiors trade event might be a good time for some updates, but no revelations until we have a Markman win, IMO. We'll see.
