I am sure DM/EDig's game plan is to "win" the lawsuit without any expectations of a large settlement. This sets up and makes much easier any future procedures against larger, more affluent companies. BRLC was not in that great shape when DM filed the lawsuit so, given our respect of DM's abilities, I do not think BRLC was going to be a "home run" and DM knew it....
