Without appearing to belabor the point, do you mean file 174 (+/-) lawsuits or file lawsuit(s) naming 174 infringers? I would think that each case would require an individual suit. And, if so, each case would be somewhat time-consuming - especially the first. And especially again since the stakes are high.

I'm reduced to using logic in my theories since I have no experience in law. However, I would assume that the first case would take a longer amount of time and would not have much information leaking out given the track record of investors in previous company endeavors.

Eventually, something has to be resolved and when the information comes to light, the pps will react - and I'm betting strongly.
