My point is that they should, and probably will, deal with the concept of future revenues, whether that is a single settlement or structured in a licensing fee...the fact that the annual growth rate in, cell phones was it as I posted the other day, grew at a 15% clip and expected another 11% this year indicates that they can project future earnings with some degree of certainty.

EDIG's patents remain viable for a few more years to come.
