2) They have identified at least 174 "products", not companies, that infringe on those patents

3) DM has filed law suits against 8 defendants 7 of which are multi-billion dollar companies producing many different products that could be in the class identified by Nanully as "Infringers".

4) The Market for FLASH has been identifies as $ 20 billion and growing "geometrically", "exponentially", or just in a fast clip.

Depending on how Judge WARD comes down in the MARKMAN HEARING in VIVITAR CASE, we will ALL, (including LL), be tickled to death arguing about a share in the $20 billion or $200 billion for EDIG...
