Wow, another two defendants to be filed on soon.  That's great news.  Maybe they weren't included as defendants in the latest case because the new defendants aren't infringing on the same four patents or perhaps the suit is going to be filed in another state/district.

Guess we'll all just have to check Justia.com everyday for awhile!  Great website for finding new suits and I think greengo posted it.
