so it looks like May Day will be the day that Vivitar will be asking the judge to "M'aidez" (French for "Help Me.... the origin of the English phonetic "May-Day" emergency radio call).... how fitting.

While I don't expect instant results after May 1, it's interesting to note it took what appears to be about 14 months from PTSC filing its first suit to first settlement. (And I'm sure I'll be corrected if wrong, but it appears the first settlement was NOT the forst company sued).

I can see why DM filed in the order they did... as I did before, it's becoming more apparent. I'm sure the other 7 have already seen the strategy too....
