I wonder how frustrating it must be for the seven new defendents to watch the Vivitar case unfold while knowing that the markman ruling from that case could be the nail in their coffin. Wonder if they will offer legal assistance to Vivitar? I am upping my position if PTSC does what I expect next week. Back up the truck....
