In 1999 I don't think there was a single MP3 player out yet...or maybe a few...and certainly not the market size you state..not until the ipod came along.
In 1999 we were looking at the opportunity for a mass market product....and that helped drive the shareprice....EDIG was there with product in hand, just wilted as did everyone else in that space, thanks to Apple.
If EDIG taps its infringers sucessfully it could represent that same market opportunity all over again...just this time with money in the bank.
It's like going back in time, except all the product has been sold with revenues already calculated.
