Please indicate where in my post addressing LL's comment I said "no way we can loose"!?...

The gist of my comments to LL were aimed to clraify the fact that in "real life" successful lawyers who are on top of their field of law, don't get recrurited by big law firms because some one decides they need more bodies to sit in little cubicles and crank out billable hours.

Ther are "enticed" to join up because they bring into the firm the expertese and "name" they have earned, to augment a specific growing need of the law firm...

On the other hand a lawyer of the claiber of "Woody", whose resume is posted here, does not leave a successful law practice to join up with a bigger law firm in order to have more billable hours. He is offered the chance to free himself from the grind of biallable hours, once and for all by sharing in the 40% of what seems to be the biggest bonanza in the legal history of contingncy fee recovery...

And thanks for use of adjective "Childish"...I was trying to immitate LL's style of demanding post this, and post that, but did not call him "Childish"...

Lastly, your admonishment to "Grow up" means nothing, is irrelevant, and contributes nothing to the dialogue. You need to say something in your posts that relates to EDIG, besides making pronouncements anointing some and condeming others...
