Your statement helps what?? To help lawyers make a ton of money? If infringment is not a crime then what is it. If these socalled "partners used what was the intellectual property without being authorized to do so, what is it?? Its one thing for lawyers to make theirs its yet another thing to allow this theft of intellectual property to continue unabated.

I don't know just how many investors EDIG has. but it has been their money and their investment that has been solen also. W e were led to believe through these partnerships that we were at least on the playing field. Not so. These bas-ards were going to steal what EDIG had and took it into account that years would transpire before anything could be done and only if the infringed company had the money to go to court.

What ever the law reads, and what ever changes need to be made, property rights must be protected and infringers punished. They seem to find the lawyers to represent them in court, they should get them to see if they are clear in what they do so that they are not infringing on the rights of others.

Take Sanyo for example. Partner my ass. They knew that if they sused what EDIG had they can make billions and they did. There is no mystery to this. They now might fell that if we just throw them a bone that EDIG would be satisfied. Kill them I say. Make them pay through the nose and prevent them from selling any of their products here in this country until they pay up what is rightly EDIG's
