Just checked PACER again on all lawsuits and found nothing new. We wait...with unparalleled patience.

LL, whenever the Markman Hearing is scheduled and a ruling has been made, would the PACER people post the ruling before the companies made the announcement in press releases? Considering that EDIG and Vivitar are public companies, it seems this would be kin to insider information. If EDIG gets a favorable Markman ruling, and I find out about it on PACER, I will be buying more shares ASAP. Doesn't sound fair if I'm able to buy before the public announcement.
