I get your point and though I don't follow PTSC, I know about the recent dissappointment for PTSC investors. I believe a favorable Markman Hearing for EDIG would not be in the same ballpark regarding expectations when comparing EDIG's chances of winning patent lawsuits and PTSC's recent quarterly report.
