My apologies to the board. The 5 May 2010 for the Markman Hearing has been proposed by both parties. So it isn't a Court ordered date...yet. Who knows, maybe the Court will decide it's too far out and up the date, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I know it's not what people wanted to hear (myself included!) but I'm just reporting the news from PACER.
