Try somethng like "the best of Youtube" .... Put a bunch of new graduates (high school or college) on it, promise them all the pepsi and hohos they can handle at 3am every morning, they'll find GREAT stuff. Some categories that will entertain people endlessly ...

Youtube's ... funniest ... scariest ... best fishing/hunting/bowling themes ... kids, music, pets, endless topics of interest, unscripted, unexpected, and all free of rights fees. Screw the film industry, folks will watch anything, especially when they have an unpredictable amount of time available ... excuse me, the receptionist just called my name, gotta go.
