I will give you one example .

I video taped a major surgery ...."CLEANING OUT OF THE CAROTID ARTERY FOR STROKE PREVENTION" .....pts are very scared of this proceedure ...rightfully so ..

We took a pt. from entery into hospital till exit ...Usually 24 hours ..

We recorded every thing ... about 20 minute show and tell ..

PTS LOVED IT ...SINCE THEY WERE WELL INFORMED WHAT EXACLY WAS GOING TO HAPPEN .... WE TOOK THE FEAR FACTOR AWAY BY PROVIDING A CLEAR PATH TO RECOVERY ....

It was not exactly cheap ..We will need a very deep pocket to get this

program going ...Still looking to do better ..
