I think you and DB are misreading the intent if the term "negotiations" referencing a phone call with RP.

It did not state that he sits in on a discussion with a patent infringer, and if so, I would not believe DM would allow that to happen. The correct process would be to have edig meet with DM and agree on a strategy, then have DM discuss any issues with the infringer.

Perhaps, even the caller misinterpreted the comment made by RP.

And we all know that the fiscal year end results are not required until the end of June and if they do announce a shareholders meeting; chances are it will be announced then.

As to the 4th quarter results, look back at the December quarter Balance Sheet, it will tell you not to expect a great quarter.

I also agree with those that have commented on the dire stste of the airline industry, and don't expect generous revenues from them, and that includes the embedded eVU version.

Hopefully they are directing their efforts to other market segments for future revenues.
