Yes, we only heard of the "negotiations" as a result of this excerpt from jacksonville's post...which has not yet been verified by anyone else. Perhaps sunpoop could verify jacksonville's perceptions. I believe it on face value but would like to see verification, as this makes for a much better discussion than the "cut and paste/bold and underline" protests.

However, it stands to reason that negotiations are in order and if they are already in conversation with infringers as reported, just months after filing suits, this is encouraging.

"He said he sits in on DM meetings including negotiations. Nothing settled yet....but could be tomorrow (yeah right) next week.....next month...this year. Some will settle and license others will fight it and go to trial.......wouldn't be surprised to see first settlements this year.....first one is always the toughest."

I would venture a guess that William Blakeley would love to have a settlement under his belt when he goes face to face with shareholders.
