I don't think it will make any difference which ever way it goes. If DM CANNOT get the "downstreamers" then they will simply charge the original infringer for the profits it made selling to the "downstreamers". However I do believe EDig will be able to get any "downstreamer" since it has not sold or licensed its IP to anyone. I do believe in law the fruits of stolen goods are still criminal.....LL...????
