If we have learned one thing this past decade is the fact the PPS is a function of have many BUY and SELL orders are placed every day...

When there are not that many ORDERS coming in either way, the MMS have to do their thing ans shake things up to give issusion of action...

They have a 1-3 cent range they play with on a daily basis, and in cases where the recovery appears to be anticipated they will do what they did today, take the pps down to pick up cheeper shares so that they can sell them at a higher price...

"People" just like you are "Tapped". There no Buy or Sell Orders. So, MMS shake the tree within their 3 cent range...

Of course MMS may have some "Inside" information, (like the boy friend of the Janitor's daughter), that the upcoming 10Q is really bad, and we will end up with more dilution, in which case this thing may go south...

But, these are all guesses. It really comes down to if you are a "believer", in which case just ignore the "Games" MMs play, and wait for deliverance day...
