IMHO The only way we'll get Apple is if our patents predate/cover this and are intitled to infriengment therfor:

Because did we ever do any OEM projects - no... Did edig open it IP to PP for dicecting under the development agreement, imho -no; we were a design house for mp3/drm way before and probably garnered the position just on being a TI partner.
