Larry did not say the mere "admission" of the deposition was going to carry the day for EDIG...

I read him to mean that what was in the deposition was quite favorable to EDIG's postion. And if that is so, the trier of the fact cannot simply ignore that "EVIDENCE" as the Court had already decided that it will be part of the record...

Samsung is the one that comes to mind. They just signed up with Apple to supply them with 75 million Flash chips they make.

Why wouldn't make sense for them. They have Billions invested in the Flash Market. Why not settle with EDIG and go on with keeping the lion's hare of the market...

This is certainly an "Imaginable" probability...

All in all, I think Larry makes sense, and I hope you will get jazzed up enough when these event take place...
