I might also that a settlement with Vivtar will probably be very small compared to a setlement with the other 7 gaints.IMO when we announce a settlement with some real numbers is when we will get a bounce.Not trying be negative but a $5-10 mil settle with Vivtar will go un noticed. But a settlement in the amount of $50-100 mil with the gaints then the makert will take notice and we will see buyers pour into this little company.
