Thin, very thin.....I do not expect much in the way of any settlement but then again all on this board never expected the initial IP infringer filing against Vivitar to be anything other than a "Path Finder" for those "big boys" to come. That has been discussed aud nauseum here.

Other than that...DM makes a stand for a substantial settlement where SAKAR pays and we walk away. I don't see it, Sakar is going to tell Syntax to clean it up...
