the way I see things...

The case is between Vivitar/Syntax and e.Digital....having a prior measured and expected result....end of story.

My comments of a possible Vivitar /Sakar and e.Digital venture are separate....where e.Digital leverages their tech as input into the deal.

Keep your eye on filings...sure would be nice to see the Syntax/Vivitar issue settle....It could mean other things to come.
