It's been 7 weeks and no new filings on the Nikon, Samsung, Sanyo, LG Electronics, Casio, Olympus & Avid case. Seems odd to me that no defendant nor EDIG has anything to file. Maybe, just maybe, there's a settlement pending with one or more defendants. That would make my Wednesday for sure. LOL
