Frank, I hope you and RP are correct and we see a settlement very soon. It has been my mantra to wait and see what happens. 2009 is not that far away and I will be glad to be wrong, but I do choose to manage my own expectations.

Either way, we all win. It is just a matter of when. I absolutely believe I will make money on this stock as long as they keep on truckin' down the IP license highway. I just think the legal world will work at it's own pace.
