You might be right jefother. No one here knows the timing of this thing, however, DM might be working early deals/settlements/agreements to get this ball rolling and generate some early cash flow. PTSC's strategy of giving early settlements better deals seemed to work in their favor.

Any settlement accomplished in just 8 months would certainly be a coup, no doubt about it.
