The best thing is, that unlike a BRST, EDIG has hundreds of infingers in its sights. If it was this obvious to the infringer that the patents applied, then what does that mean for future litigation?

I expect some to put up struggles, and lose in the end, but I also have much more confidence that others will go the way of settlement and licensing agreements.
