Man, I'm still buzzing from todays news! Checked PACER and only found this amended notice of scheduling conference. If it tells me anything regarding the party who settled, I'll post it. I've read that some here think Nokia may be the one but doesn't a settlement agreement imply it's a current defendant? And they wish to settle and not risk going to trial and losing big money?
Even my wife is smiling about todays news!
