IMO Logic tells me it's vivitar due to their recent shuffle, or perhaps avid if it was on their piddly little vidio-handheld thingy because givens dictates the transfere required it and/or avid could well afford an early/easy settlement... regardless i'm excited as all get-out and it imo means more good things to come.
