1) The groundwork has happened

2) The initial settlement proves the validity of our claims

3) Others will now follow with less effort in defending the lawsuits

4) Mid-November will yield new information on the WHO and HOW MUCH, we hope

5) I expect the #2 settlement follow follow soon
