You said:...!?

"Most learned minds were convinced we were looking much further out,"...

Tell me you were being facious please!...

As far back as when we found out DM was on board on a contingency basis, plus fronting the costs, I wrote here that DM had a PLAN, which is followed by any attorney worth their salt who takes on a case on the terms announced by DM...

We knew then of the following FACTS:...

1) Any lawyer who takes on a case on said terms, has assessed the facts of the case ; sees big bucks in the case; considers the case a no brainer as to liability; (i.e. you are rear ended while stopped at the red light); and is sure fronting the costs is not going to be a problem because he can fund it with incoming cash as the cases develope...

2) We got confirmation of the above by finding out DM has high level Senior Attoreny Committee that "Evaluates" any contingency cases, and unless they are at least 75% Certain the cases will be profitable for the Firm they don't get involved.

3) DM has followed the foregoing Modus Operndi to a T.

4) The settlement yesterday, assures going all the way with the rest of the litigation. However, the most significant part of it, as Siversufer said, is the FACT that it VALIDATES the PLAN, and will have significant impact on further settlements, known or unknown at present...

Forgit about the "Learned minds; Just keep DM in your field of sight...
