All here seem to think the first "settlement" will not be large due to the "first" being given a discount.....So how about the second??? He is in discussions with EDig who, feeling confident, says "we want big time monies. Number 2 says, but you settled with numero uno for ??? and you want 10 times more from me......No way.....

There is a ying and yang here and I will not believe DM would put themselves in that position.

DM may be "looking down the pike" but I do not believe any settlement they agree on will be miniscule to the point where it hasn't even paid for their time and effort much less any profit to the company.
